Sales

We are too small to play the numbers game so every single horse counts!

Our goal is to breed and/or raise the best racehorses we can, providing the market with athletes that can succeed on the track.  With this in mind we do everything we can to make sure we sell quality, sound, running types that have had no money or time spared on them.  We are in this game purely for the love of it, we do not rely on these sales as our main income, and we do not need to take advantage of people.  Our strike rate and the future of our horses is much more important to us than the bottom dollar, so you can rest assured that no short cuts have been taken on any yearling that you buy from us.  Our record is close to perfect, with every runner winning bar two who are currently racing and have placed so far.  After a purchase please come see us and we can provide you with history/fact sheets containing everything we can possibly know about that horse so you can save time and money in finding these things out for yourself.  We are not a big factory; we truely care.

Foxwedge/Sorcha Rose Colt. Speed machine. Powerful, explosive, strong, good bone, very short canons, long forearms, big shoulder, long hip - a true 2yo sprinting type. Stands over ground and has a very long galloping stride to match. Eats the house down, works like a trooper, tough as nails - a trainers (and owners) dream. Bred on the proven Fastnet/Stravinsky cross. From just 60 daughters in Australia, Stravinsky currently (Jan 2017) sits eighth on the broodmare sires list. No need to worry about the Dam not racing as a 2yo - she was catalogued for both MM January and Easter, had a recurring stifle issue and was literally bushed; however still managing to win 7 times. Hopefully her speedy potential can now be fulfilled through her progeny. No such troubles with this fellow; x-rayed and scoped, all looking good. Larynx size rating of 4.5 (very good). NB. Two pedigree updates: Dam now half to two stakes horses; 3yo Disturbance (who has won his last two starts) and the promising 2yo Oscar Eight - a page on the move....

Helmet/Dibella Colt. Beautifully conformed, perfectly balanced, light footed, effortlessly fluent; this fellow could gallop all day long; a real athlete. Clean winded with a larynx size rating of 4.5 (very good). This is the type of horse to consider if you are wanting to win a Derby, Doncaster, Cox, etc, etc. He is willing, kind, smart, and eager to please - very trainable. The Dam is a great type (see our Broodmare page), true to Lohnro, with Marscay blood and is a half sister to sprinting Gr1 winner Barkada. We have high hopes for the mare and pray this colt will go on to achieve great things. X-rayed and scoped well, ready for sale!
